“Beacon of Hope” Care & Share

Take what you need, Bring what you can.

Beacon of Hope Care & Share exists to to enable folks in our community to help each other, in a unique way. And the first bag is free!!

What is “Beacon of Hope”? BOH, is a cooperative Care & Share. It’s a place where people can come and receive clothing, food, kids toys, and lots of other stuff free of charge. That’s right, FREE!!! The idea is, if you need something, come and get it. If you have clothing or other items to give, bring them with you.

It’s a unique way to love our neighbors, Just like Jesus taught us to!!

We hope to see you there!

All the believers were united in heart and mind. And they felt that what they owned was not their own, so they shared everything they had.  -Acts 4:32 NLT

Beacon of Hope will be introducing a new format for 2021.
We started the Care & Share to help folks in our community. As the ministry continues to grow, we need to make some changes so we can continue to serve you, our guests.
As has always been our policy, the first bag for every guest is free. Starting this year, any additional bags, will require a .$50 cent donation.
Why are we making this change? To help support the operations of the Care & Share, so that we are able to continue to provide this service to our community! 🙂
We thank you for your continued support and prayers as we grow together.

The Care & Share will be open Saturday, April 17th, from 1-3pm

Donations can be dropped off by emailing Jodie at jodie@mifflintownag.org or calling (717) 417-0767
